So, I still find it quite hysterical that now the boys outnumber the girls! My husband lovingly refers to them as "Trouble 1 and Trouble 2." That is QUITE accurate.
Currently this one is covered in garlic powder, basil and oregano. His older brother apparently wanted him to smell like pizza. My 3 year old has gotten into my makeup on more than one occasion, ruined boxes and boxes of tampons by letting them expand in the water, put toothpaste all over his brother, eaten gallons of ice cream in the middle of the night, dumped his dresser onto the floor on too many occasions to count, spreading the marshmellows all over the kitchen, eaten Vix Vapo-rub etc......to name a few instances.
This is what I found the other night. There was quiet from the boys and that is NEVER a good thing. Yes, that is a whole bag of Fruity Pebbles dumped out around them as they both snuck behind the chair to do some damage.
My morning was spent this very morning, building towers, knocking them down, playing with trains and train tracks and wrestling, making faces....and of course, taking pictures :) The garbage truck just came by and it was a moment of EXTREME excitement in our house!
I am finding that being a mom to boys is DIFFERENT than being a mom to a girl :) Some ways it is harder but actually it is just different.......my daughter was all drama, battles of the will, sass and curbing her attitudes. My boys have great attitudes, but get into TROUBLE! Which is better? Oh, I don't know. But, I am thrilled with the life God has given me. I am glad that I get to experience both sexes. Sometimes I do not feel up to the challenge. But, apparently, God thinks that I am!
Boys boys boys......what joys :) What headaches. Haha :) I love them so very much. My love for them exceeds all my expectations. I am hoping and trying to train these boys up to be warriors for Jesus.....to be amazing godly men who protect their sister.....if we can only get through these young years with joy :)
Oh boys! Got to love them :) My days consist of pretend battles, nerf gun wars and the talk of all things outdoors. I like to say, "if they aren't dirty, they aren't happy!"

Your boys seem so happy and you are doing a wonderful job raising them. I love all the smiling pictures you post.
I love reading your posts. Sure wished we lived much closer to each other. Looks like the kids are keeping you quite busy. I laughed when I saw the picture of them behind the chair eating all the cereal. Life with kids is never boring. Just last night Hannah dumped gallons of water out of the bath tub while Bekah watched quietly. Nice! Gotta love, these days will be over too soon.
